What sets this course
apart from other 200 hour programs is its unique
structure: each weekend of training will explore a
different chakra and its related poses,
topics, and
themes. In addition, you will learn the subtle art of
yoga instructional choreography--the creative linking
of poses in a series to achieve a desired effect.
The program takes eight weekends
to complete: the first four in
March 2006, the second four in May 2006. In order to receive your Yoga Alliance
certification, you must attend the full eight weekends
within one year of commencement. However, anyone who
wishes to improve their practice can drop in for a
weekend during the first six weeks.
Classes will repeat in August and October.
While enrolled in the
two month Yoga Alliance program, students receive the
added benefit of unlimited yoga classes!
